TGA2GIF.EXE

                Allows you to convert an 8 or 16 bit tga file to a 256 color
                GIF file. If you have a truevision video capture card, 
                convert 32 or 24 bit files to 16 bit, run a 16 bit mode that 
                matches the resolution of your file. load the 32/24bit file,
                and save it to another file name. For an application to change 
                the bit depth, use Showme. This windows application can be 
                found on line in the Public\PC\utilities folder.
